Conference Registration Open

NRHC is pleased to report that registration for the NRHC2025 conference in Harrisburg, PA is now live! The conference is less than three months away, and we are incredibly excited to convene as a region to celebrate honors education once again!

Before you begin registering attendees from your institution, you will need to gather some information. We’ve included an information checklist at the end of this email to help you gather what you’ll need for the registration process (see checklist below).

Here is the conference registration timeline for NRHC2025:

  • Early-Bird Registration - $325/person – January 13 – February 20

  • Regular Registration - $335/person – February 21 – March 14

  • On-site Registration - $450/person – March 27-30

Remember, every 10th registration per institution is free.

We expect (and recommend) that honors directors or staff will complete the registrations for their attendees. This will ensure that the honors director gets an email with registration information for all attendees at their institution and that programs receive the complementary 10th registrations, where applicable. As you complete registrations for attendees other than yourself, you’ll be able to add an email address where a copy of the registration information should be sent.

For each attendee, we will ask for information about dietary restrictions and food allergies. We are also pleased to be able to offer attendees a choice of specific meal options for the Friday dinner and Saturday lunch. We will not be able to accommodate last minute changes to the meal options, so please query your attendees before commencing the registration process.

Please note that if you have a student who will be applying for the Scholarship for Equity and Access Award (SEA Award), please HOLD OFF ON REGISTRATION. The deadline for the SEA Award, which covers the student's registration fee and provides the student with $50 spending cash upon arrival in Harrisburg, is Monday, January 27. Scholarship winners will be announced on Monday, February 10. Click here for more information about the SEA Award.

Hotel Block Open

The hotel block at the Harrisburg Hilton is also open – you can reserve your rooms as soon as you are ready to do so. You will find a link to the hotel registration system at the end of the conference registration process and on our website. The room rate this year is $179/night (single through quad room occupancy). Please note that NRHC has no control over the specific number and types of rooms (i.e. kings vs. doubles) available within the block.

If you prefer to phone the hotel, the number is 717-233-6000. Please reference group code NRHC HONORS.
