Dear NRHC Colleagues,
The NRHC fall business meeting will take place at the NCHC conference in San Diego on Saturday Nov. 8 at 5 p.m. (PDT). Included on the agenda for the meeting is a discussion of several proposed amendments to the NRHC constitution and a non-constitutional proposal regarding NRHC dues - the proposals are linked below and were also emailed to members. The constitutional proposals make adjustments to the descriptions of NRHC Officers, creating a mechanism for replacing officers should the need arise. NRHC board members will also host a virtual meeting to discuss the proposed changes and answer any membership questions - particularly for those unable to attend our fall business meeting on Nov 8.
If you will be unable to attend the fall business meeting in San Diego, we invite you to a virtual meeting on Friday, October 10 at 1:30 p.m. (EST). Please join us to hear about the proposals and discuss their implications.

Should the membership approve these proposals in their current form, we will be able to put them to vote in December 2025. Changes to the Constitution would be effective immediately, and changes to dues would take place for the 2026-2027 year (dues would remain $200 this year).
