Hotel Block filling up!

Registration for NRHC2026 is underway - and there are some important deadlines that we want to remind you about.

Early Bird Registration ($350) ENDS on Feb 20, 2026.

Regular Registration rates ($400) commence on Feb 21, 2026 and end on March 13.

After March 13, registration must be completed on-site.

Our hotel block is quickly filling, and the Omni currently has no room availability on Friday, March 27. If your program has reserved rooms that it will not be using, please call the Omni at (203) 772-6664 and release the rooms back into our hotel block.

In case you have not yet reserved your rooms at the Omni and need to explore a different hotel, we have prepared a list of nearby accommodation and contact information (see doc linked above). If the Omni does not have enough rooms for your group, these other hotels may provide a good alternative.
